"THE FAVOR OF GOD"

Hear now, O Israel, the decrees and the laws I am about to teach you.
Follow them so that you may live and may go in and take possession
of the land that the Lord, the God of your fathers, is giving you. Do
not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep
the commands of the Lord your God that I give you. [Deuteronomy 4:1-2]

A Command rooted in the Lineage of a Promise. Predetermined out of the womb of human impossibility and predestined to birth a Kingdom of Sons and Daughters for God.

“Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God, the Lord is One.” [Deuteronomy 6:4]

The Nation Promised through the loins of Abraham, Reckoned through Isaac, and Fulfilled through Jacob Israel; This Nation of the “Seed of Abraham.” This “Seed,” the “Seed of God’s Offspring.”

Human decision would have no “voice” in what God would do. The womb of Abram and Sarai had dried up leaving it desolate and in silence.:

Then He took him outside and said, “Look up at the heavens and
count the stars–if indeed you can count them.” Then He said to
him, “So shall your offspring be.” [Genesis 15:5]

God would lead Abraham outside the frailty of his humanity and with Vision and Voice the heavens would declare “Abram’s Womb” and the stars his Descendants.

Abram believed the Lord and it was credited to him
as righteousness. [Genesis 15:6]

God would lead Abraham through a Relationship of Covenants, established in believing and receiving. Conceived through the Potency of Promises the Offspring of Abraham would be marked for Destiny.

God also said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you are no
longer to call her Sarai, her name will be Sarah. I will bless
her and will surely give you a son by her. I will bless her
so that she will be the mother of nations; kings of peoples will
come from her.” [Genesis 17:15-16]

“The Favor of God.”

The “Promises” were spoken to Abraham and to his seed.
The scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many
people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who
is the Messiah. [Galatians 3:16]

Yeshua answered, “I Am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” [John 14:6] The Messiah, the Promise of all the God had shown Abraham and all that he had heard.

Yeshua, “The Word of God.”

The Way into all that Abraham had seen, the Truth of all that Abraham had heard, the Life for all who would believe. Within the Womb of Abraham’s Seed, the Sons and Daughters of the New Covenant and Heirs to the Promise. The Word of the Lord had come to Abram, “Go to the land I will show you.” The Command to leave all of his natural inheritance behind, including his own understanding. “Go to the land I will show you.” A Relationship of trust and obedience that would follow God to the end of all natural law. “Go to the land I will show you.” A Relationship that would bring Abraham into all the God had Promised. To possess the Blessings of Abraham:

“The righteous will live by faith.” [Romans 1:17]
